BlueLineFish 615 Posted March 13, 2012 Well today was range quals and I am extremely disappointed in myself. All my shots are low left. Really low left. I am obsessed with getting this perfect now. Apparantly I grip to hard with my strong hand causing me to milk the gun. Strong right grip on all my other guns is no problem. Apparantly with the glock I need to keep most grip in left hand . No idea why it is like is for me
Old School 611 Posted March 13, 2012 You've got the answer. Weak hand death grip ...LOL and index finger of the weak hand heavy under the trigger guard. Ball of the index finger in the trigger. But we both know all the right things to do. Damned if I can do it all the time... Good luck.

Vlad G 345 Posted March 14, 2012 Most often the issue is improper grip, as in hand positioning on the gun, not how hard you grip it, but how equally you grip it. There is a thread here somewhere about proper grip including videos, here it is http://njgunforums.com/forum/index.php?/topic/31077-how-do-you-grip-you-sig-dasa/page__fromsearch__1

raz-0 1,259 Posted March 14, 2012 Why do you do it with a glock and not others? Probably due to grip circumference.
Ray Ray 3,566 Posted March 14, 2012 Why do you do it with a glock and not others? Probably due to grip circumference. Probably because he has a 10 pound trigger pull on that thing.

o_gabs 0 Posted November 21, 2012 I had the same problem before. 1911 flatform to glock flatform is a headache. But evryday i practice and trying to incorporate my 1911 muscle memory with my glick until i crack the code. And its not an over night accomplishment, take time to develop muscle memory
