I reserved about 25 FDEs to be done in pink at a later date. They will be more expensive however I'll be donating the net profit in entirety to the Susan G. Komen charity provided they'll take the money. I need to get in touch with them to arrange that.

Looking to paint the FDE mags that I ordered to Black or Foliage Green. Does anybody have a tip on the best way to do it? Is primer paint and krylon the best way to go?

Yea, I think I'm going to krylon mine flat black but have been thinking about the paint flaking and what not into the lower..

 

On the other hand.. I have 6 other blackies that will fit into the case with rifle so I will probably just leave the FDE's stashed..

I was just going to paint the lower part of the mag. The part that goes into the receiver I was just not going to paint.

In another thread MidwestPX says one can use RIT Dye to alter the color of FDE polymer. Not sure what colors are available, but that's something I plan to play with.
