Zeke 5,504 Posted January 18, 2013 For the members of whom are much, much more knowledgeable than myself. Can we compose a list of all anti 2a legislators and their bills or voting records. I ask this of you fine people so WE may be better informed during this election. Thank you in advance
johnp 45 Posted January 18, 2013 In this state? Just about every politician. Maybe a mayor from Sussex County who is pro-gun. Nationwide? The NRA compiles a list of A-F ratings for politicians.
Zeke 5,504 Posted January 18, 2013 Does this include local reps in nj? Mayors who signed the petition, District reps? Etc.
El-Groucho 0 Posted January 18, 2013 True, it would be easier to make a list of Pro 2A politicians. The easiest way is to engage your local politician and just ask them. I can say that our 2 Senators, Lautenberg and Menendez are VERY anti 2A.
Zeke 5,504 Posted January 18, 2013 This, or make our own A list.

Menendez and his Sex Offender intern, I would have liked to have been a fly on the wall in their office to hear those conversations, LOL. Also this one too was a laughter. Also this one too was a laughter. WOW..... I just came back from the Dominica last month at a resort in Punta Cana. I can TOTALLY see Ole head Bob Menendez, NJ Senator, in a sex party raunch debauchery PAR Excellence. And to have a fill time villa there? Wow, one can do some Real penile damage there, if his still works.
ruger9 0 Posted January 19, 2013 Scott Garret is PRO-2A and pro gun rights, and has said he will oppose every measure introduced. He's federal tho- Senator. He's the ONLY one I know of from NJ who has a pro-gun stance. So I guess every OTHER politician is on the "F list"... including Christie, who can't be trusted any farther then he can be thrown (and that ain't far lol)

You could use the NRA map located here: http://www.nrapvf.org/grades-endorsements.aspx Just type in your membership number. You are a member of the NRA, right? keithco88 3 Posted January 19, 2013 this is the response I got from Menendez after sending letters to congress every day for the last 2 weeks. Zero from Lautenberg or my US Rep. ---- Thank you for contacting me to express your opposition to a ban on assault weapons. Your opinion is very important to me, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond to you on this issue. As your Senator, I strongly defend the rights of citizens to use firearms responsibly for recreational purposes or protection of one's family and home. At the same time, I vigorously support efforts to keep guns out of the hands of criminals and gangs that wish to use them against society. The Federal Assault Weapons Ban expired on September 13, 2004. On this, as with any issue, there are many different views. I appreciate you taking the time to express your opinion on this important issue. Please be assured that I will keep your views in mind. Again, thank you for sharing your thoughts. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I may be of further assistance. I invite you to visit my website (http://menendez.senate.gov) to learn more about my work in the United States Senate. dtown223 12 Posted January 19, 2013 The difference in letters back from Garrett, Lautenbeg was night and day for me. Old franks was basically a paragraph like "got your letter, thanks" Mr. Garrett's (form letter, but still) gave info on how to further contact..etc. Lautenberg could've printed his response on $100 bills and I still would've hated it. It seems that the letter you recieved is the standard form letter from ALL the politicians. I am on several different sites and that letter is very similar from many politicians. Mikeythumbs 1 Posted January 19, 2013 I wish there was a law that of a elected official receives over a certain amount of letters in a subject they have to publish the number for and the number against somewhere. This would help show who is there to do their job aka the will of the people they govern and who is there to do a job of promoting their own ideals
Celraysoda 7 Posted January 19, 2013 I thought this would have been a list of all the flaky forum members. I have some contributions for that.
quikz 34 Posted January 19, 2013 Well I talked with a former intern of the Menendez camp. Yes, Menendez is allegedly, "corrupt as F!" According to intern. "I can totally see him having drunkin wild orgy sex parties in the D.R." said former intern. He, Menendez, "Does not even live in NJ" and was "hardly ever in NJ". Oh? Where does he live I asked.... "In DC. But he has a house in NJ just for the NJ address." Allegedly it seems. And is 'short as hell.' And this is the reason we need a 2nd Amend. To proactively protect and deterr us from corrupt politicians who may do some pretty SEEDY things behind the scenes that poor dumbass NJ sheep do not know anything about. These NJ SHEEP, pay ENORMOUS tribute money and BLINDLY obey and swing by every whim of the politician ego. He should be ashamed, fired, tossed in jail for allegedly aiding and abetting foreign human trafficking.
