I see that AR15.com is one of the plaintiffs. Think NJGF will join the suit against NJ?

Its reach is growing. Deliveries of firearms now must go through an FFL from the CMP. Latest update from the CMP sales page: http://www.odcmp.com/sales.htm

As a result of the NY SAFE Act of 2013, effective immediately, all NY customers purchasing any CMP rifles, to include the M1 Garand, to be delivered in NY must have the rifle shipped to a NY licensed FFL dealer in NY for compliance with SAFE Act requirements. Copy of dealer’s license and shipping information must be provided with rifle orders. Ammunition orders may still be shipped directly to the customer for the remainder of 2013.

NY customers who have already mailed their rifle orders to CMP should provide [email protected] with dealer information or order cancellation instructions. Information can also be faxed to 256-835-3527 or mailed to CMP Customer Service, (Attn: NY Order), 1401 Commerce Blvd., Anniston, AL 36207.

The money from memberships on this forum alone would be a big war chest for the NJ fight, if used in such a way. Think if the firearms enthusiasts of this state got together for a worthwhile cause, that would be an amazing amount of resources

Eric you need to get out of your bunker once in a while and come to a NJ2AS meeting. ;)

The ANJRPC always brags about having a large war chest. It would be nice to see it go towards something aside from Scott Bach's pocket.

It won't load on my phone. :( Would someone be kind enough to post the content here?

Tin foil hat....... ON.......

Is it possible that the NY soda ban was a false flag raised to see the peoples reaction, or a conditioning technique, prior to the current GC BS? A BS law such as the soda ban makes the GC laws seem more "acceptable", at least to gun-grabbers.

"We' ll give you our guns, just don't take my super-mega-giant-huge Dr. P"

I have a bit of a fever today, so please don't report me to the mental health gun-grabber hotline.

Just curious, what do you mean by "worthwhile cause"?

I think part of NJGF, and NJ gun advocates in general is that we are buried under so much crap, it's hard to tell where to start, and as such, we aren't "focused" enough. We're trying to do too much all at once, we really need to figure out a set of goals to start out with, and work from there.

New York supposedly has more gun owners than 41 other states in the U.S.

http://nyagv.org/wp-...ip-By-State.pdf

Very interesting data .. and if you remove 8,244,910 for NYC population based on 2011 Census, give 95%+ can't own firearms.

The % of gun ownership in NYS would be about 31%!!

Just curious... is this it? http://www.wethepeopleofny.org/

Bob Schultz is the guy who is bringing suit against NY based on the Militia clause that NY has in it's constitution where every resident is considered to be part of a militia and therefore is protected under SCOTUS for having military style weapons and large capacity mags.

This guy and his case is the one to watch because it does not rely on the Heller McDonald argument!
