COE needed when transporting?

Do you need a copy of the COE when transporting to the range ect.. I saw something in another post. Come to think of it I think a buddy of mine has small copies in his cases.

Do you need them? No. Could it save you a hassle if you are pulled over? Yes.

Completely up to you. I find it easy enough to have copies in my range bag.

NO...but in all honesty I carry copies in my range bag just in case. In case of what? I have no idea.......

If they were required, I'd be out of luck quite often! A large majority of my shooters were purchased when I lived in Free states.

I deliberately NEVER carry any paper work. The way I figure it, if "it" ever gets to the point of having to "show your papers", I'll move the "F" out of this Nazi State!

 

Some I don't even have papers for--like the ones my Mom gave me when my Dad died way back in '82. So "F" 'em!

Yeah I never have either. Isn't there something written into the hunting laws that you can transport a firearm you do not own if it is legal and for the purpose of hunting with the appropriate license? If that where the case the COE wouldn't mean much.

No you don't need it nor should you carry it. Sometimes, you people over-think things.
