Bugsy732 1 Posted June 25, 2013 Not sure if this is the right forum/section... As of 10:11am Dicks in Mays landing had a few dozen boxes of The following in stock: Federal .225 55 grain ammo in stock at $21.99 a box Winchester 5.56 ammo at $12.99 a box. Still more expensive than my LGS but if you need rounds they have them. No 22lr. In stock.

O-gre 7 Posted June 25, 2013 So you support a company that jumps on the media bandwagon and stops selling AR-15's after Sandy Hook? I support a company that keeps ammo at the same price and doesn't ass rape their customers!
Wolfy 51 Posted June 25, 2013 So you support a company that jumps on the media bandwagon and stops selling AR-15's after Sandy Hook? Lodge sales are a small portion of sales for a company like Dick's the majority of their income is from clothing sales. So when the Newton shooting occurred the made a decision to appease a majority of their customers. So please stop whining because they made a business decision you don't agree with. They sell ammo at a fair price and for some people it is the only place they can buy ammo. So if we boycott and they decide its not worth it and pull out of the gun and ammo market who suffers? Us or them? It's hard enough finding FFL's who stock ammo. Ever hear the phrase "cut off your nose to spite your face?" Who is John Galt? I am so excited I figured out how to change my signature.
