mikka1 2 Posted July 12, 2014 Why-why-why-why it's not only the same day, but even exactly the same time with CJUSPSA match... Well, maybe next time, LOL
HBecwithFn7 296 Posted July 12, 2014 Why-why-why-why it's not only the same day, but even exactly the same time with CJUSPSA match... Well, maybe next time, LOL I think it's one of those "can't please all the people all the time" kinda things. Some have to work on one day or the other or have other things going. I'm usually available either day. Unfortunately, my nephew won't be available this day, as he'll most likely be in church at the time. We've had it a few times recently on Saturdays.... I guess it's time for a Sunday meet. Hopefully, BLF can attend this one...

DeerSlayer 241 Posted July 12, 2014 I'm going, probably with a buddy from my Jeep Club as well. How many throwers will we have? Ive got that pull string model I can drag along if we need it.

I'm sure that would help. So far, ogfarmer is bringing his electric thrower. With a good crowd, we could easily keep 3-4 stations busy.
DeerSlayer 241 Posted July 12, 2014 Maybe ill go back up to Simon Peter, they have a Champion thrower on sale.

DeerSlayer 241 Posted July 12, 2014 They take amex. If i had the cash this week I would be all over yours.
ogfarmer 138 Posted July 12, 2014 yeh i dont think my paypal swipe thing works with amex
DeerSlayer 241 Posted July 12, 2014 Neither does mine, only visa master. My customers get pissed I don't accept amex sometimes when it's a few thousand dollar purchase.
ogfarmer 138 Posted July 12, 2014 actually it does accept amex, good to know Which credit cards can I accept? If you’re located in the US, you can accept US-based Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express debit and credit cards — all for the same low rate of 2.7% per US swipe, or 3.5% +$.15 for scanned or keyed entries. There is a 1% cross-border fee for international cards.
DeerSlayer 241 Posted July 12, 2014 No kidding, when I got mine it didn't work with amex or discover but that was almost two years ago. Definitely good to know. I'm going to run my card and see if it works. I had Square for about a month and threw it in the garbage they sucked. Sorry I took this thread so far off topic. Sota 1,191 Posted July 13, 2014 I guess that's the clay shootin' equivalent of pouring out a beer? When it comes to crops though, a man's gotta farm when the customers call. May the veggies be delicious and your customers happy.
