1 pointI thought that was the whole point. You build your own AR with fun parts, just because... ....then post it on the "Show Us Your AR" thread here, right?

1 pointI'm pissed with the NRA over the financial misdealing. Not their activity or lack thereof. It's not the NRA's fault that we are getting screwed in NJ. It's our own. We're the ones electing these asshats. It doesn't matter what you groups you donate to. Sure, the local groups keep the money and efforts here and the NRA MAY be better on the national stage. But, just giving either money doesn't do anything to assure your rights. Activity is the only thing that will do that.

1 pointKind of agree with Smokin .50 here. It's easy to hate on the NRA lately, and I'm certainly not happy with their spending practices as of late. However, they are the largest pro-2A group in the nation and we will absolutely need them to fight the upcoming administration.

1 pointSome things don't belong on a forum, especially when ALL the info is NOT posted IN ONE PLACE so as to enable the community, how ever cognizant they think they may be, to draw the correct conclusion(s). This is one of those topics. The "NRA Haters" will come outta the woodwork and poison the well once more. Lather, rinse, repeat. We so like to eat our own around here. Reorganization in Texas is not something they (the NRA Board of Directors that actually didn't resign out of fear) dreamed-up yesterday. Certain dominoes have to be played in order for that to happen. This is merely ONE domino. Instead of wishing for the worst (the HATERS) or having teletype diarrhea (posting w/o facts), every NJ gun owner should plan of helping to make the NRA stronger for a Biden/Harris transition. So who among you actually wants to do something besides BITCH? I'll wait... ~R

1 pointI heard a rumor that PMags are made of carbon nano machines extracted and modeled from Chuck's DNA.

1 pointI had a couple of Hexmags out at the ranch in Texas (I felt like I needed to say that, because they are full capacity mags)....I accidentally dropped a fully loaded one onto a rock. It did not survive (the mag, I meant, the rock was fine). I replaced them with Pmags. And I won’t go back.

1 pointWho established your wife's brother to be executor? The state? I beleive your wife qualifies to inherit property from the estate not you, and the executor can dispurse the firearms to your wife as an inheritance. Without a will things can get messy, but its the executors job to figure out how the deceased property is used to pay debts or be inherited to those who qualify.

1 pointAll good, im usually typing on here at work or the treadmill or something so in not always thorough.

1 pointOh..oh...ok I see where you are now. Apologies for not catching that sooner. I have had the flu so a little slower:) Agree yes, that is correct. Thx for clarification

1 pointIt is inexcusable for NJ to not be able to process a NICS check in minutes. VA is a point of sale state and I have been buying quite a few guns lately. The check has never taken more than 5-7 minutes. The state of NJ should be sued for this. How can all of the other POS states perform the NICS check the same day and NJ cannot?

1 pointHow so? Anything you put into the market you could lose No...nothing is guaranteed, not even mmkt funds backed by tbills if rates go negative. There are zero guarantees you will not lise your initial investment. Where are you guys getting this?

1 pointYou'll hear "AR15" from lots of folks, just because.... But, I wouldn't rule out pistol caliber carbines, maybe in 9mm or .40. One nice thing with them, you can share ammo with any handguns you might have. Plus, many can be modified or have fun stuff added to them, like a AR9. This too. A 10/22 can be also turned into a AR22 style. Not sure if I'd make that my first choice for H.D., but they're a hell of a lot of fun to shoot. And yes, cheaper to "feed". too.

1 pointI’m a little hesitant to talk about the things I did with mine. Statutes of limitation and all...
-
1 pointDrove mine into a street sign.. a fire hydrant..(water does not come out)...and a tree. The hydrant was sorta intentional.. i had to get off the lawn I was driving on... The degree to which I could be considered ..responsible...was not clear.

1 pointAdditionally, if you can find a publicly traded company that recycles wind turbine blades....I’d probably think seriously about getting into it. This is a good article outlying the problem and some potential solutions: https://grist.org/energy/todays-wind-turbine-blades-could-become-tomorrows-bridges/ These used wind turbine blades are becoming a big problem. There are thousands of them sitting out in West Texas, and piling up. Very few people recycle them, and no one I see offhand that’s publicly traded.

1 pointno reasonable person would say this was a good shoot, not a one. I've spoken at length to several cops who agree the cop needs to go can't believe anyone is supporting the officer here. wtf is wrong with you????????????????
-
1 pointSo, your company dictates what you can do and where you can go on your own personal time? Sounds kinds dictatorial.
