I'm looking for a reasonable price locally on a Liberty Revolution 12 or maybe 18 or similar to put in a tight location so I can't get anything too big but I want to get as big as possible to fit in the spot I have picked out. I'd prefer to pick it up in NJ rather then having to drive out of state for it. Trying to keep the cost down and Cabelas charges $175 delivery because of the weight which is too much to spend on a 4-500 safe. if I can buy in NJ there's no sales tax on safes.
I am also thinking about the winchester 10 gun from Tractor Supply but it seems fairly cheaply made compared to the Liberty and the next size up they have is the 24 and it's too big for the location. The 10 gun would Probably stop a casual thief. Where I am putting it may help some because there won't be much space for a bad guy to get leverage to try and open it or move it and it will be bolted into concrete on the floor and wall studs on the back or side but I'd still like to go as sturdy as possible in a smaller size.
Any suggestions of where to find a safe in NJ to meet my needs?
Thanks

At least the lower is easy enough to assemble at home. Pin and weld, not so much. Which actually makes it more strange. The lower is only required to have the stock fixed in place which should be easy to accomplish.

Yeah, unfortunately doesn’t look like PSA delivers complete lowers to NJ

Ah, I see now that currently non-compliant parts can in face be shipped! There are some limitations though, which I don't know if they're across the board and also illegal to ship or just individual company policies. This is Palmetto State Armory as an example: No Complete AR / AK Receivers Non-compliant AR and AK rifles will not be shipped So I guess buying an individual barrel, upper receiver, etc., is the way to do it? I'm guessing is someone built a compliant upper it could be sent directly to a personal address. EDIT: I just did some testing at PSA and it looks like they won't even ship a complete lower to an FFL, but they will ship a compete not fully compliant upper to a personal address. They will even ship an A2 flash hider, but that's a paper weight. Then it's off to pin and weld. (Does a thread protector also need to be pinned and welded?)

Thanks! Not bad for a primitive hotel kitchenette, and grill! I LOVE hangar steak, my absolute favorite cut, unfortunately hard to find.
