nitrospaz9 10 Posted August 24, 2009 Just got back from it. Wow. Terentino is a madman. I have no idea how this made it into theatres. But I advise everyone to see it before the sensors catch on. Brad pitt and Eli Roth were good times. So in short. Everyone go see it if you like this sort of movie.
rauchman 3 Posted August 25, 2009 My wife and I loved it!!! Why wouldn't this make it into theaters, or why would the sensors be really on this movie?
Lublin 3 Posted August 25, 2009 Preview looked awesome. It's next on my list.
ronoverdrive 0 Posted August 25, 2009 Saw it, liked it, but I want to see the director's cut because I heard they cut a lot out.

BMWR12 35 Posted August 25, 2009 I think it was pretty awful. They did have some nice original vehicles and a nice solo BMW R12 in the beginning.
nitrospaz9 10 Posted August 25, 2009 Just for the gore and cursing. A lot of movies like this have to be edited to death or they recieve the nc-17 label. When they get that label most theatres wont even carry them.
XDJohnTact 49 Posted August 25, 2009 Well, I saw Basterds and District 9 and I liked Basterds better.
bbk 188 Posted August 25, 2009 I liked D9. I also know how to say the F word in a Swedish accent But seriously, really good film, and even better if you consider that it was filmed from a South African perspective. If it was an American film, gosh, it would've been terrible. I still need to go see Tarantino's latest film, hopefully to get the bad taste of his grindhouse attempt out of my mouth. tbtrout 141 Posted August 26, 2009 Sorry guys, but if Quinton Tarantino directed it I won't watch. I have not seen one movie he did that I like. I don't even bother anymore. I know he is popular, just not my cup of tea.

totalabuse 27 Posted August 27, 2009 Sorry guys, but if Quinton Tarantino directed it I won't watch. I have not seen one movie he did that I like. I don't even bother anymore. I know he is popular, just not my cup of tea. I can understand that completely. Though I do enjoy his type of campy gratuitous violence and worse, much worse. It's the "action" brand that annoys me. For instance, I think that I'm the only gunguy in the world that felt Boondock Saints SUCKED. Save William Dafoe's part. ETA. I have not seen QT's latest. I'll wait for the disc. I just can't go to the theater for anything anymore. Unless the wife really whines.
tbtrout 141 Posted August 27, 2009 Tiny, I could not make it through 20 min of Pulp Fiction

totalabuse 27 Posted August 27, 2009 Wow total. First I never met anyone besides my friends who have seen that film. 2nd how could u not like it lol. So many good shoot outs. Defoe was nuts in that movie to. It's the whole Irish vigilante thing. That and the movie itself is very Hollywood. It's just not my thing. You wanna see a great movie that you've never heard of? Go find Salo. You'll think it's the greatest thing in the world. Or wanna punch me in the face for the introduction. Either will be appropriate. 8-)
