Pizza Bob 1,488 Posted August 21, 2010 No. But the law states telescoping or folding.

Tactical Monkey 51 Posted August 21, 2010 Most likely if you saw a telescoping or folding stock in this state it was either pinned permanently into one position, or it was on a pump action shotgun - both 100% legal.

raceruss2003 0 Posted August 22, 2010 Bushmaster does make a nice M4 that has the stock pinned in a comfortable position. They also grind the bayonette lug off the end. If you can get past those two points it's still a great gun and won't get you arrested.

Just nit-pickin. speaking of nit-pickin... retractable/telescoping/folding stocks are not legal on semi-auto rifles that have detachable magazines and already have one other of the evil features pistrol grip flash hider bayonet lug grenade launcher. =)
Tactical Monkey 51 Posted August 22, 2010 Most manufacturers make a Ban state (NJ compliant) version of an AR15. If not, you can request them to permanently attach a muzzle brake, grind down bayo lug, etc... Stag, BCM, CMMG, and many more will do it in house. Or screw the manufacturers and build one yourself, just the way you want it!!

And by permanent they mean you need tools to remove said "pin" correct?
