WWII Re-enactment this coming weekend

Recommended Posts

Same day as cabelas meet up, an extra ~20 minutes down 78. Turns out I'll be doing the 10:30am public battle if anyone wants to come watch.

Heres the details. If you are coming, let me know we can meet up. One of the best WWII flea markets too!

I will be there reenacting but I will be out in the reenactors battle. If you are thinking about WW2 reenacting this event is a good start to see what it is about. Too bad we are not bringing the BOB Stug and SDKFZ 251/9 out. The flea market is usually picked over after Weds but you can still find some good stuff.

This looks pretty kick a**, wasn't even aware of a reenactment of this scale so close to home! If I was free this weekend, I'd def be there!

It is a pretty big hobby. It is continuing to grow and there is nothing else like it.The tristate area has improved in the past 5 years with the addition of the SPR (sticky bomb)Tiger and (Bazooka) Stug from BOB being operated by my reenactment unit. This past year was the first time I had seen a Allied tank in the field. The hobby has a very bright future in this area.
