Have a feeling she's facing death penalty in Texas for Capital murder charges.. and she might not get out of it with the fact that she brazenly shot and killed a mom and kidnapped her baby... and people saw it.

From my understand and from what I have seen in the media it is only a hate crime if it is white on X crime, not X on white crime.
