Sussex County Burglary Thwarted - The Rest Of The Story

The following story appeared in the NJ Herald yesterday. The story itself is sparse on details. After taking the trouble to kick the door in, a burglar was confronted by the female home owner. He then chose to leave. Why? The story didn't say.

 

Now, today, read the comments on the story to get the Paul Harvey version. Apparently the neighbors are somewhat tight knit.

The synopsis:

 

"Knock knock. Anyone home?"

 

No answer.

 

"Then I think I'll kick the back door in... and into the kitchen I go... "

 

"Oops... is that a blender, or a .38 Special in your hand ma'am?"

But she edited out the part where she said if they do confirm it,  they would print it ------hmm why did she edit her comment
