Schrödinger's cat 87 Posted October 15, 2017 I have had these type of number counting trainings and concentration training in Systema from Vladmir Vassiliov. One training he does a lot is that you do pushups on your fists and keep count of your pushups while you are whipped across the back or kicked in the ribs, if you lose count you need to start over. I've never done any Systema firearms training, but I know they are into shooting with a loose arm and tight hand, many times shooting from the hip at pretty close range. I don't really want to learn it, but I'm sure they are very good at it. I believe both Mikhail Rybko and Vladmir Vassiliov from Systema were in the Spetznaz.
