    Hmm... Probably not. I'm not a person of any mafia interest anyway. Neither of LEO, I assume. Still, don't like the unmarked vehicles. For me, it's in the same moral category as "police can lie to you".

    Can't a mafia install these toys? You can argue that they can also re-paint a car as a police, but it would be too easy to spot for the real LEO. I can understand that FBI/CIA/NSA don't need to introduce themselves to everyone. But local and state police must be clear and in the open.

    If the officer would be equipped same way as Jason, I'd be almost convinced.

    If I go to an urban area, I use Uber. Did so a few times in SF as well. Otherwise, my choice in Enterprise, with the Emerald Club membership. The price you pay is always small sedan (which they call "intermediate", but in fact it is something like Corolla or Sentra) but you can choose from a wide variety from whatever is available. Last car I rented for that price was Impala V6, not bad.

    I used Palmetto, Ammunition Depot, Ventura Munition, Cabela, Midway... Some of them require a copy of your FID, only first time. Never had a problem with any of them, just choose on what I need for a better price.
