Malsua 1,422 Posted April 19, 2010 I've never understood the appeal of "hanging out" at a rest stop. I mean, the smell of freshly created sewage is just so appealing.

matty 810 Posted April 19, 2010 I would expect to hear something from the district via mail/email or phone message call sometime today. After that, they will likely issue a statement to the press. I doubt the District or its lawyers were available to deal with it this weekend, so everybody should STFU and GBTW. I am certain he is not in a classroom, or at school today. Ray Ray 3,566 Posted April 20, 2010 If he was a NYC teacher, he'd be sitting in a rubber room collecting full salary, pension, and benefits.
tony357 386 Posted April 20, 2010 we should send christie a letter from everyone on the forum!!!
XDJohnTact 49 Posted April 20, 2010 This is not NY, we have no rubber rooms here to send the teachers so they can play games, watch TV and read their papers! Show him the door, he has already broken tenure rules by his behavior, there is no saving him. He will be suspended until his case goes to court, then he is done (you all heard of innocent until proven guilty?). There are no pensions or benefits for that guy if he has only been there for 7 years, even if he was eligible, if he is found guilty he would forfeit it all anyway. This guy wasn't tapping his foot in a rest room John. The cop caught him red handed Oh right - he might have just been scratching himself.
XDJohnTact 49 Posted April 20, 2010 Dan, I agree 100%! It is not a question of guilt or innocence, it is due process. I certainly do not want him to ever walk into a school again!
docwalt 1 Posted April 21, 2010 I know that we pay these guys to j*rk-off, but this guy took it seriously.
