You guys should enjoy this after watching the build.

 

This is a full vid, leaving pits, warm up and staging for race. yellow flag is flown to leave pits and enter race course, once white flag is given boats line up for green flag, race starts checker is thrown for finish after all boats racing pass checkered flag yellow flag is thrown to return to pits..

 

There is one boat missing they stage and stop to wait for other boat, actualy a 358 class boat red in color. after he enters course race restarts.

No, they did not install the baffle in the valve cover going to the evacaution tube..so every time they turned left more oil collected on top of the head and was sucked up by the evac system and burned off in the exhaust..CHOO,CHOO...HAHAHA..

Very nice, motor sounds good, winds up real nice. Must be a blast skimming over the water like that, think you draft might just be a few inches when you full throttle. Good job.

6000-6200rpm 2bbl hydrolic flat tappet cam.. single valve spring.

Go Pro hero. The boys chipped in and purchased it together, their are mounts on both boats..

you know this is going uspsa in the fall

 

I will work on putting up the other vids tonight..I also videoed with cam corder.. they need to lower the pixels on the cam, took 35 mins to upload on streetfire.. total time for that vid was just under 2 hours comp to host.

Yeah - HD video takes a lot of time to process. I have to tweak mine to get them to decent file sizes so I can convert and upload my videos.

Tony..... ...... your son knows when to hold em, and when to show em. When he put the coals to it on the last lap, that motor sung!!!! Congrats to him on a nice race, and that motors got some horses, you can hear and see the difference between the 6000rpms and when he lets her loose...

I think Tony posted that there was a fund raiser next weekend where you can actually take a ride in one of these boats!
