Is there really that big of a difference between the pins/springs? I would think the trigger is the big factor and being "decent" doesn't seem like enough of a reason to pay an extra $100. I can get $20 off on this order (uniform discount), but I'm still not sold on the price.

Just like others think 300-400+ dollar lowers are great. I was just questioning whether the other small parts in this kit were nicer/better since others state that the trigger was "okay" not sure where the value is in it.

Definitely worth it. Parts are all nickel boron coated and the trigger is very nice! Also the Ergo grip is so freaking comfortable.

I will also agree that it is worth it. Trigger is great, comes with anti rotation pins, ambi safety,ergo grip etc. Also the roll pins they give you are better than the standard ones.

 

I paid $175 shipped for mine last august and Im very happy with it.

no there is not. The only difference is the Nickel Boron coating on a mil spec trigger that has less gritty pull as they've been smoothed out some. To each their own but LPK is the one area where marketing has really created a niche. Look no further than the CMMG color coded lpk.

Actually the pins are forged and mil spec. Some companies cast their pins, so technically they are "different".

 

Also has the sweat logoed expanded trigger guard, in case you are wearing thicker gloves.

200 isn't really that bad, i just spent 230 bucks on a trigger group so these things get expensive quick.

Paid $169 for mine back in November from JoeBobs so the price hasn't gone up that much. At least not 2x or 3x like rifles and ammo.
