Finally finished my M44

Took me a while, been real busy with work and the family. It's a 1954 Romanian M44 that I have owned since about 2003. All numbers match, no rust. Paid $100 out the door for it from Brick Armory. I have shot it a few times, but for the most part it sat in the safe collecting dust. So I broke it down and stripped all the gunk off, strip, stain, and shellac on the wood, and then put back together.

I used Minwax color Gunstock. I used that color on pretty much all my wood projects. Every now and then I will use Ebony. That comes out great on oak.

Soaked everything in mineral spirits, scrubbed it with a nylon bristled brush, cleaned bore with some good old #9, wiped everything down with CLP.
