Franks tackle in ringwood had a really large selection when i went in there recently. Although i wasn't interested in crossbows i did walk through the section to get to the ammo area. So take it fwiw.

Heritage Guild in Branchburg has a very good selection most of the time. i haven't seen how oversold they are in the middle of the season though.

Go with a tenpoint or wicked ridge by tenpoint. They are quality and tenpoint is been in the business a long time. Targeteers has ten point. Wickedridge dicks has. Simon peters also has both as well.

Targeteers has a big selection but they are rip offs when doing work so I personally would never buy anything from them

Nothing says you can't "test" them out and Cabelas! I second Sportsmen's Center in Bordentown, good selection and knowledgeable staff.

i was in the store buying some arrows today and saw about 6 crossbows on the rack today. i didn't look close, but it looked like a couple Horton's and at least 1 Ten Point.
