palmpilot 0 Posted November 26, 2015 Hi, I just got my FPID and P2P today and would like to buy a Glock 19 gen4 as soon as possible. This probably means online (and transfer) is out of the question (speed wise) right? I didn't get a chance to visit any local dealers yet, but what are my chances of having this particular handgun available locally in North Jersey (I'm at Bergen county) in-stock with a reasonable price? Should I just plan on touring a bunch of stores or would they typically share inventory and price over the phone with a potential buyer? Thanks! PK90 3,570 Posted November 26, 2015 Call them directly and ask. The 15 rounders are currently allocated, but you might get lucky and find one after Thanksgiving. The 10 round version should be readily available.
Rob0115 1,105 Posted November 26, 2015 They're in stock at Ottomanellis, bullet hole and RTSP. A transfer on a gun like this going to run you more than buying local. I think they sell for 550-575 locally. I'm not aware of a 10 round mag setup for a 19 but I know it exists on a 17. RTSP has prices on the web site but the other two won't give prices in the phone but will tell you if it's in stock. I was in both today and saw them. palmpilot 0 Posted November 26, 2015 Thank you both for the information!
nuclearheli 40 Posted November 26, 2015 Thank you both for the information! I have one in stock available. The price is $544.60 + tax. No NICS fee or other fees. Unfortunately I am a bit south of you in Central Jersey close to Great Adventure. It is available for delivery as soon as I can get a NICS run. The link to this gun is: (Glock 19 Gen 4 FXD 3x 15 Round)
oldguysrule649 397 Posted November 26, 2015 You could also check efingers in Bridgewater or Heritage Guild in Rahway. I have purchased firearms from both of them and specifically my G19 at Heritage. As I Recall they come packaged with either 10 or 15 round magazines. Buy either one as the g19 itself is identical and both size magazines are completely interchangable and readily available at your local gun store or online. palmpilot 0 Posted November 27, 2015 I called a few that are 15-40 minutes away from me and am somewhat surprised to see the prices vary so much for exactly the same (new) handgun. Cheapest was $549 and most expensive $610. Time to buy
nuclearheli 40 Posted November 27, 2015 Actually my price was $544.90 and no NICS. I guess I am out of your time frame. Good luck with your purchase.

diamondd817 827 Posted November 27, 2015 I don't know but see the previous post. I know. But your and 1 1/2 hrs from me. Not really worth it to save $5.
nuclearheli 40 Posted November 27, 2015 I know. But your and 1 1/2 hrs from me. Not really worth it to save $5. Understood, but it's $20+ considering everyone else is going to charge you for the "$15 NICS fee or more.
palmpilot 0 Posted November 27, 2015 Thank you @nuclearheli you def. gave the best price, I was trying to keep it 15-30 minutes from home, that is why your quote was not on the short list. Hopefully I am not violating any forum rules, I don't mind sharing my research (=phone calls), Oak Ridge Firearms was $549, Ottomanelli's $575, Caso's $599 and Bullet Hole $610. Ended up going with Ottomanelli's, closest to my home so two visits (NICS took a while) same-day today and I got my new 19. Efficient and friendly guys. Junior 14 Posted November 27, 2015 Congratulations. Luciano's had the best price for the Glock 19 when I was shopping not too long ago. I wound up picking one up used but he has a nice little shop in Lodi.

I think some guns were going out with a free box of ammo, not sure on the Glock. However, if it did that closed the gap on the one price that was better. palmpilot 0 Posted December 1, 2015 Thanks can't wait to take it to GFH in a couple of days and shoot the first few rounds...
My1stGlock 144 Posted December 18, 2015 So how you like the G19?
palmpilot 0 Posted December 19, 2015 So how you like the G19? I love it. Only got a chance to take it once to GFH (and shot around 350 rounds or so). But I recently ordered the LaserLyte Trainer Barrel Laser GLOCK 19/23 from Amazon (package should be here any day now!!!) and I plan to setup ShootOFF at home with my webcam and do a lot of dry fire practice. Guest Posted December 30, 2015 Congrats on the new G19. I just got one a few days ago at Luciano's also for a very decent price. I shot it for the first time tonight at Bullet Hole (GFH had an hour wait; it was packed!)
TonyS. 12 Posted December 31, 2015 In case anyone else is looking... I was just at Effingers today and they had a G19, believe it was a Gen 4.
