NJ legal AOW on a Handgun Permit

Recommended Posts

I was debating putting this in the Handgun or the Shotgun forum. Mods, if you think it will get better traffic there, please move it.

So, my buddy just picked one of these up after a long back and forth conversation with NJSP. They said he was good to go as long as it was on a Pistol Permit:

Thought some of you guys may be interested.

I have no clue as to the quality, reliability, or function of this platform. I just thought it was cool that it was good to go in NJ. A rare exception to the "If you have to ask in Jersey" clause.

Actually, I could see alowslowmiata getting one in purple and rocking the shit out of it.

I've posted about this exact gun before haha. It would sure as hell be a great close corridors room clearer

this signature exceeds the 15 character capacity count

Technically its the charging handle.....

Call it whatever, it is still a vertical grip.

Im not sure if he picked up on that but I still think this would be worse on your shoulder.

Putting it against one's shoulder would be violation of Federal Law according to ATF.

Oh nooo nooo, i was referring to shooting this thing from the hip.. I cant imagine a sig brace doing your arm and shoulder any favors

I still dont see it meeting the requirement of "extending below the line of the bore", since they put in "the line" it indicates that anything deviating from the line below the bore is OK. I don't think that's stretching it, i think they were a little too specific in their statements.
