Just out of curiousity since everyone said to look into 357, how's the availabilty of it in stores like Dicks, Cheyenne as far as the ammo goes, and what are the prices you guys are seeing/paying for it

357 magnum ammo is hard to find and usually pretty expensive, ie $28 a box and up. You can shoot 38 specials with a 357 though.

I still say 22lr. this way you can shoot as much as you want, cost is not as big of an issue.

It's funny... it doesn't look as out of proportion in person, and it balances and points really well for me. We'll see if I'm still lusting for it when the permits come in. I tend to distract easily.
