That medical doctor on a state license issues the same level of drug regulated by federal government agencies. This is a popcorn case for the courts. It's a shitstorm looking for a place to happen.

So if you have a medical card for weed you're a prohibited person? That's no longer illegal posession and the feds themselves issue medical cards. That's a shitstorm waiting to happen in court.

I have shot the 8 3/8 barrel, 6 inch barrel and a custom 3 inch barrel smith (6)29 model. All have manageable recoil. The longer barrel helps a lot for longer range shooting .
