Cheapest around.  Costco Edison was $3.50, North Plainfield was $3.59.  I actually went out of my way to get gas at Costco Union since it's 20c cheaper a gallon.

I think the Shell station on the GSP north just past the Driscoll bridge was $3.25 last night.

And the Exxon was $3.35. I would've stopped but didn't notice in time.

And we're only #7? I'm actually a little surprised, although the tax on diesel is higher, which I will assume includes #2 diesel.  It's the 20 to 30 cent price bounce that has been happening on a monthly basis that i find dizzying.

And for road maintenance.  I would be fine with paving, but for anyone else in or near Hunterdon County, the rock blasting on I78 is ridiculous.  In almost 20 years I have not seen a rock fall, that they claim they need to prevent.

Dang that dropped - filled up at Costco Wayne for $3.24/gal.

Crossed the PA border on 202 Monday and came up north on 31 to Sussex County. Was surprised to see 3.23 - 3.49 almost all the way up. The top edge definitely had dropped.

With the Gaza crap going on I would expect the price of oil will be very volatile. Fill up while it lasts.

BTW, since Biden drained the SPR I think we have about 17 days national supply if it hits the fan bigtime.

The bulk of the gas tax goes to prop up NJ transit which would be bankrupt overnight without the state (i.e. taxpayer) bail outs.

Home heating oil prices are another story $3.70 and up. Not as bad as last fall but still $565 for 150 gallons, ouch.

There's usually cheap gas when you come out of the Holland Tunnel.

BTW be forewarned, if you drive into Manhattan there are no gas.stations. Few in Brooklyn and Queens.
