If this was the case, then yeah the driving experience would just be mediocre. But if this isn't the case, which you have no way of knowing, it would be AWESOME!

Guaranteed supervised co-pilot...to what extent? i would assume its nothing like waterfest at e-town when they let you go to town on the parking lot track. I hear the track there isn't good and difficult and mistakes are costly.

their Q&A site says the speed is to be determined by your skill and instructors evaluation of your driving. for a pure average driver, youll probably have to drive at 80%. which, in either of the 3 cars, is still way more then your average grocery getter will be.

 

i probably have a thousand laps at etown. no its not a world class track, but its close, easy to get to, and the cheapest track day youll ever see. since this groupon deal is offered to the open public, they CANT have it at NJMP, since you can easily hit 150+ on either track. there is no way they will allow a soccermom or riceboy to hop into a $200K car and hit 170 on a professional track, and just expect them to know what an apex is.

 

when else do you expect a chance to drive a lambo on a track for $100

Sign yourself up for a real driving course rather than doing a slow parade lap in a pretty car. There are several choices at NJ Motorsports Park and also at Pocono Raceway. The experience will be 100x more enjoyable and you'll walk away with better driving skills.
