I'm somewhat surprised that Stockton has a GOP mayor. I was through there on several occasions in the early 2000s on business, and it seemed to be going down the liberal sewer then.

Two Burglars Targeted an Armed Homeowner - It Was a Horrible Idea – RedState

A sign comes to my mind: "Nothing in this house is worth your life"

With some appropriate graphic. Anyone ever seen one?

Of course, this assumes all criminals can read.

I think that's a BIG woman. Look at the fingernails. That FUGLY BB gun just stands out so bad!  I'll bet most people think it's a real gun! Idiots!

I did wonder about that. And I did notice the rather odd looking pistol, but passed it by. Good catch. I couldn't have identified it.

Reads like its basically the cops being Aholes about him not being nice to them and not a California gun thing. I spent almost a year living half of the time in CA, and despite the bat shit local government they have there, everyone owns guns and the people are really centrist, not sure how that is possible : )

Okay, IANAL, however please find me a case where a NJ gun owner defended themselves or shot an armed felon threatening them thar was prosecuted. I think so many NJ gunowners are overconsidered they will be prosecuted they will die.

I've said this before. If you are arrested for a shooting you don't need a "gun lawyer".  You need a good criminal defense lawyer.

I have been a 01 or 03 FFL for 25 years. Have 2 higher ranking LEO sons. I am severely disabled! Not mentally! LOL. Both my sons tell me. Retreat if you can, and with a threat of violence, protect yourself!

Then get a good criminal defense attorney!!!!  "I was in fear for my life!!"

That is my credence!
