NICS is down everyday

Again. Federally, and I assume in NJ, NICS goes down everyday. Right now, it is down.

It's not so much an IT issue, more so that NJ decides to leave all NICS approvals to 8-10 people in Trenton, where as the federal system takes minutes to use. Thanks to New Jersey for making things overly complicated, needing to employ people to be a messenger.
