Bluetooth is inherently insecure.  How else did all those celebrities get their phones hacked and nudie pictures stolen?

Long safe should be old school as tech is unreliable.  It's why picking a knightstand safe is so hard.  I'm thinking about the gunvault microvault mv500

Oh, but I'm sure they could never hack a "Smart Gun" to disable it.  The gun would be way too smart for that.

I’m not concerned. Bluetooth is very short range. They’d have to get close enough as well as get by the bear guarding the door.

I tend to lean this way as well.

I prefer manual/key/combination pad locks.

The last thing I want to deal with is a battery or electronics failure...
