Hi all, I,m new to the site. Just found it a few minutes ago and am trying to educate myself a bit more on firearms and legalities of weapons I am considering in NJ. I currently own a Ruger P89 (first gun) Glock 31, and Keltec KSG shotgun. i am in the market for a nice AR 15.

I currently own,,,,Keltec KSG shotgun.

You just made a bunch of new "shootin' buddies" with that statement. Welcome to the board - and my recommendation is rent you KSG to those that want to try it - should amortize the cost in about two range sessions. :icon_mrgreen:

I actually would sell the KSG or trade for mid level AR 15 if anyone is interested. As far as AR's go I was thinking of a Stag Arms or Rock river left handed model.

Welcome to the forum from Toms River. So after the novelty of having one of the very rare KelTecs wears off, how do you like it as a shooter?

Well, this is a picture of my shoulder after shooting 40-50 rounds...

Other than that, it shoots great!!! I can see it having it's uses, but chances are if you need to fire more than 2 rounds of 00buck in self defense, all hell has officially broken loose...
