As far as the video is concerned you can not say she nods in both videos as you can barely see her head in the second video but you can watch her hair movement. It barely moves in the second video but...that being said it's also pretty blurry...so may be harder to differentiate between blur and head movement.

 

As far as the commentator is concerned. I think of him as some narrator on some wildlife show in Australia. LOL
