As for local places in NJ, I know PK90 has had this service available (thought you would have to contact him directly to confirm and for specifics). There is another place who's name escapes me right now, though I'm sure someone will add it later.

You can also have a local muffler shop do it.....Just be sure to tell them/show your FID card and explain it needs to be tack welded to comply with NJ law.....They will usually doit for $10 or less....

Well according to ATF guidelines it has to be 1100 degree silver solder..

So unless I'm mistaken, you will also need the end of the barrel threaded to accept the brake.

Unless it's a special "compliant" version the 15-22 comes from the factory with a threaded barrel and a flash hider. Plus the stock is collapsible.

just incase that PK90 is far from you there is guy in paterson that does it, havent used him so i dont know the quality of the work...
