AR 15 NJ Compliant 15 round Mag Deal

Recommended Posts

Damn, that's fast! Any idea on the PMags (someone was bound to ask :onthequiet: ) No pressure, just wondering.

Those will take 7 to 10 days I assume. 1 week for Ty to make them all, and another 3 or 4 days to ship them to me.

Will have to check if most of the orders that people put in in the thread were already paid for, will place the order in the next day or two instead of Sat as planned, so anyone who orders beyond that, will have the choice of mags in black, or with/without ranger plates, no fancy colors. =P

Can we wait until Saturday like originally was planned? I wanted to wait until I got paid to order and I'm in for 4-8 mags.

Would anyone be so kind as to explain the benefits of the different types of mags offered here? I have read about the mag follower being better/more reliable on the 30 rounders. That is why I chose the stubby (because it is made from a chopped 30 rounder). To me, the extra length on the pinned full length 30 rounder seems like a cop/trouble magnet. While it may be legal, it begs further examination from range officers, police, etc.

I was wondering this also, I was going on the previous post that said pricing was good til 4/1/2012

Yes, pricing will be good through 4/1. That was not going to change, what may is the mags that will be ordered.

Ie, I am getting a bunch extras, but since most people are going to want black, with or without ranger plates, that is what I will be getting extras of.

If you want foliage green 15/30's with ranger plates, and you did not place the order yet, or sent me a pm about it, I cannot promise you that I will have those in stock.

The question is... to please 1 or 2 people, does everyone else have to wait another week. =) Once again, this is availability of certain colors/styles, not for pricing.

Pricing will be in effect through 4/1.

My exact thoughts. I personally prefer the 15 round stubbies because of that. 1. It uses the follower from the 30 round which is supported on all sides, the 15/20 is only on two? Ty please confirm. 2. Does not attract attention of full 30 round mags.

My second choice is Paul's metal mags, which are uber reliable. I had issues with brown bear ammo in pmags, no issues with brass.

Correct, 30rd mags have the four way anti-tilt follower which is more reliable than that of the 20rd mag.

FYI, folks...20rd black PMAGs are in short supply. Distributors are waiting on Magpul and I've managed to grab all that my three primary distributors for Magpul had left but am not sure how many are needed to cover this group buy.

I had ordered 2 Black 15/20 and 2 Black Stubby's...but I can go with 4 Stubby's instead if need be.

I ordered four 15/20's (2 regular and 2 with ranger plates)... if you have trouble getting the 20's, I'll gladly take the stubbies instead (2x regular and 2x with ranger plates).

Thanks,

Tony

      Hello Gents,

I'm selling my (like new) AR mid length complete upper receiver chambered in 300BLKOUT 7.62 × 35mm manufactured by Special Ops Tactical.  Only put approximately 100 rounds through it. For those of you who don't know, this basically will fit on most AR lowers and uses the same AR magazines but gives you a .30 caliber (7.62 x 35) by just swapping the upper receiver if you are looking for a heavier load and more knock down power for hunting etc. (obviously state laws apply). I'm only selling it because I ended up buying a complete .30 caliber rifle.

      Here are some specs:

300 BLK Out Nitride - 14.5″ Pinned to 16" Overall Midlength Upper
GPX 12.6" MLOK Free Floating Rail System with continuous 1913 Picatinny rail on top
Muzzle Brake Original "Black Magic" 30 Cal (pinned & welded NJ legal).
      {Nitride} M4 Extended Feed Ramps
      Nitride M4 Barrel Extension
      1:7 Twist Rate
      5/8×24 Thread Pitch
      Raptor Charging Handle

      Price: $695

Pm or email me with any questions: [email protected]
      I am in Deptford NJ.
THE FIRST TO POST "I'LL TAKE IT" WINS THE SALE.
A "PM sent" DOES NOT ESTABLISH THE SALE. If you want the item, post "I'll take it" and should the deal fall apart the seller can post "still available." Should you reach a negotiated price via PM then post "I'll take it per our PM(s)"  on this thread.
