I think reading the comments here is funnier than the video! On a serious note anyone who knows how to frame a structure will cringe watching the video. I would love to hear the mumbling and cussing while he was playing plywood tetris though!

Don't look in Jersey. Didn't see zoning or building permits, approval from the DEP,EPA,PINELANDS COMMISION. No bolts, tecos, hurricane straps, footings, etc,etc,etc.
