Lalo 13 Posted August 26, 2013 Somehow NJ will find a way to ban this. Either that or they will require the buyer to have an FID card or some other nonsense.
T Bill 649 Posted August 26, 2013 Somehow NJ will find a way to ban this. Either that or they will require the buyer to have an FID card or some other nonsense. Here's the statue, what is the definition? 2C:39-1f. "Firearm" means any handgun, rifle, shotgun, machine gun, automatic or semi-automatic rifle, or any gun, device or instrument in the nature of a weapon from which may be fired or ejected any solid projectable ball, slug, pellet, missile or bullet, or any gas, vapor or other noxious thing, by means of a cartridge or shell or by the action of an explosive or the igniting of flammable or explosive substances. It shall also include, without limitation, any firearm which is in the nature of an air gun, spring gun or pistol or other weapon of a similar nature in which the propelling force is a spring, elastic band, carbon dioxide, compressed or other gas or vapor, air or compressed air, or is ignited by compressed air, and ejecting a bullet or missile smaller than three-eighths of an inch in diameter, with sufficient force to injure a person. T Bill 649 Posted August 26, 2013 Hell, in this state rubber band guns are verboten. Flying pinches of salt? You tell me! There is always that famous line, "You could shoot your eye out with that".
AverageJoe 95 Posted August 26, 2013 NJ compliant only allows for 15 grains of salt.

rightisright 3 Posted August 27, 2013 I have one. It was OK while it lasted (about 200 shots). No, I don't live in a garbage dump! It takes multiple shots to kill a regular house fly. It now sits, broken, on my work bench. The cocking mechanism (pump-like action) no longer works.
