nitrospaz9 10 Posted July 7, 2016 For anyone that may have been friends with Brian czesniewski on here or out in the world I am sad to say he is no longer with us. He fatally shot himself on Tuesday in his home. He's my girlfriends cousin and her family is devistated. He's been troubled for the past few months but no one would of ever thought this. Just recently bought a new condo. Moved from jersey to Delaware just last week. If anyone knew him and would like to pay their respects, I'll post up info once it trickles down to me. 345Sire 158 Posted July 7, 2016 I didn't know this gent, but my sympathies to his family and friends. It's always a shame when life gives us such a challenge that we feel this is the way to deal with it. I wish he had been more able to reach out for effective help. May he rest in peace. Lambo2936 297 Posted July 8, 2016 Very unfortunate. The worst part is that the firearm laws here in the peoples republic force those who feel they may need help to completely avoid it....I'm fairly sure if i felt i needed help with depression or anything of the sort, i'd steer clear because the second i applied for another permit, they'd hear about it/i'd have to disclose it and thats the end of my 2nd amendment rights for years and years to come. I don't believe i know the deceased, but RIP and god bless to his family, who will now be bearing an unbearable weight.

Not only that, if one does feel concern--for oneself or another in your household--there is no easy way to secure your firearms by, say, asking a friend to hold on to them until you get through it. Or if your friends/family are concerned, they cannot act to secure your hardware until you are better. Thanks to the transfer laws, it is legally impossible (in my understanding of the law) to temporarily store your hardware at a friends place. I suppose you could notify the police, but good luck ever seeing your stuff again. Very sad, may he RIP and God bless and help his family with this.
