bry@n 195 Posted January 22, 2012 I liked it also, but would be great if you could retrofit your trusty mossberg you already have. Looks like there is no retro kit as of now.

So you have to buy the shotgun like that and THEN convert it? I thought you could add this to your exhisting one.

MarkWVU02 47 Posted January 22, 2012 That's pretty sweet. Wonder what it'll all cost. Like the idea of one shotgun with many purposes.
bry@n 195 Posted January 22, 2012 Ray Ray, The shotgun comes like that. I wanna know if the flex kit can be applied to a 500 already owned by somebody. Looks like it can't but I think the system idea is cool.
JimmyAGR 54 Posted January 22, 2012 Wow that sucks if you can't use an existing gun. Anyone want to but a lightly used 590?
SpacemanFry 51 Posted January 23, 2012 That looks really cool. Hope Remington comes out with something similar.

johnott 5 Posted December 18, 2012 Spotted a Mossberg Flex 500 hunting shotgun a Cabela's for $430 (online). They seem to be popping up here and there... except maybe in NJ. In any of the gun shops I've asked... they just gave me a strange look and said they've never heard of a Mossberg Flex. From what I've seen around the web they tend to go for $340-$550 depending on the model. Don't know the prices in NJ.
