Well my wife got her fid and 3 p2p's. Turn around time was 13 days. That's including drop off and pick up dates.

Amazingly the cop that issued em to her was one of the cops at my house wanting to inspect my guns. Wasn't the one pushing it. But was one of em.

I just got 3 pistol permits in 4 business day from East Windsor.  Townships that are taking longer are just not doing their jobs or just dont care.  The state police are a freakin joke.  I feel bad for anyone stuck going through them.

That doesn't sound good!  Can you share what happened?  Why were they at your house and why did they want to see your guns?  Probably just jealous.

Thank you.  Compared to what I have read in this thread the NJSP are an embarrassment.  My 7 month ordeal with them was over in August.  Used my 3rd and last permit in late October.  Another member recently got his permits from the same barracks in approx 4 months, which is still 50% longer than it used to take at the same location.

My town has typically been 40 days, but with my last set of permits, I am coming up on 3 months. I'm thinking they are slowing me down because of the amount of purchases I've made in the past 12 months. Just my conspiracy at least.

Good for her. I've gotten permits in 7 days from my town. Too bad I asked her to wait 23 more before dating them.
