Well, it's a bit tongue in cheeck .   Fallout 4 is releasing that day, Assuming the 36gb download comes down a little early, I'm taking the day off.  Fallout is my most favorite game of all time and I've been in since Fallout 1.

Yessir.   I pre-ordered mine through Steam in early October and the pre-load opened up at some point yesterday.  It was roughly 23GBs and downloaded over night for me. (I have a shitty 8mbit connection).

Yup, you can use it on any machine that you log your account into. Just have to DL it.

 

Edit. I'm not sure, but it should save your progress on the cloud too, it also backs up on the computer. So you should be able to seemlessly continue your game anywhere.
