FFL not returning calls or my magazine

Just a bit of a rant. I had my scar 17 sent to me at my local FFL from PA when I bought it through Gunbroker in March. Everything went fine, made NJ compliant and it was picked up in March. I left behind the the 20 round magazine to be pinned or blocked by the FFL. I have called once a month and texted once a month with no answer but for once in April that he is working on it. Here it is almost August and still no answer. When I passed by this week it was closed. I hate the look of the gun with a 10 round clip. Ok! I am done! Thanks for listening! Bahahaha!

Dude, it’s a magazine. If it were me, I’d just buy a new one from Midwest PX and call it a day. Life’s too short to stress about a $20 mag.

The problem is that the ffl cant figure out how to make a ten round clip.

I like the look of a bigger clip, greater than 10 rounds. I would like to keep the  magazine that cam with the rifle.

Either move on and take the $20 lesson to never use this scumbag FFL again or go demand the work on the magazine is completed or your property be shipped to a state where it’s legal.  No sense bitching to us about it when you not even identifying the ffl.

it takes 3 minutes to block or pin a SCAR MAGAZINE....who is the FFL?

Yeah yeah I know the difference between a clip and a magazine! I was just venting. The problem is that if I order a bigger magazine it won’t be shipped to NJ

Seriously, check Midwest PX. He makes 10/20 mags, 10/30 mags...etc.

Thanks for advice and the ribbing. I appreciate it and will order a new one. I will wait until August until I divulge the name. Because I want the FFL to possibly see this post and maybe follow through.

Well he or she won't know its them your referring to if you dont use their name and in the mean time they could very well be screwing over other gun owners in the community.

He was very professional with the transfer and did a very clean job on the rifle. I called him only once a month. Since I know that he is vacation I will not call him. Thank you

Very surprised that Tier 1 is dropping the ball on anything, they were my preferred FFL when I lived in the area.

Doesn't explain why they couldn't have done the work and returned the magazine the 4 months they had it before they went on vacation though.  Seems like pretty bad customer service if the story is true.
