I still think I have brix(sp) blocks from when I was a kid. They were kind of a knock off of Legos

i just realize i need a better pic of our minifig collection. have em all through series 11. heres some random stuff i had handy.

no excuse needed to buy lego

 

the top boat is 2 black seas barracuda knockoffs (i know i know but have you seen what real bsb's go for) spliced together. rest are all sets

the triplane i did is why i was sad that they ended the digital designer program (you used to be able to make a design in lego's own cad like system then order it) i built that through the program

I've always wanted to put together a huge ww2 set, and portray a battle.. but it would cost a ton of money...

 

A d-day set would be awesome but the landing boats cost like 165 alone..

I took a lot of pics at Legoland in Denmark during the 1980s. They had real buildings made of legos, and the Space Shuttle was cool. Let me find the pics and then I will have to scan them. Well, maybe I should cough up some money and do something with the negatives.

Dude, that designer program was great. My kid and I made a bunch of stuff. It was cool how they boxed it with the pic on the cover and the instructions. It was a fortune tho. They still let you design but you get a list and go to the Lego store and buy them. They also have a real serious robotics program.

 

Legos are cool.

since they ended that though you might as well design it in mlcad or ldraw and run the parts file through brigk link. idk, i just find that more of a hassle for the little bit i do.
