3 pointsin @Ray Ray's defense ... i was the second on site with him. It certainly seemed like it was going to be a bust .. there was no parking, orange fudds and dogs walking up and down the sides of the field, but we made it work .. people found ways to park and as the hunters slowly left it was fine. I think the most interesting part was the police/rangers come hauling ass in and immediately went to check out Patrick's Shockwave. looking at the measurements and such. Seemed like one knew it was fine and legal and he was show n tell'n that to the other one. This happened right at the beginning of the morning before most of the folks had even arrived. I had a blast .. we need to do it again real soon. Oh and if a purple clay is coming up for me .. dont tell me. lol

3 pointsI moved from 50 to 17 - and I'm surprised NH is only #17, but I guess that's because I came from #50. Permitless carry, Shall-issue permits for reciprocity and a gun shop within spitting distance from anywhere. Most of the people I've met since moving here are all gun-friendly even if they don't own any. People see you carry and you know what they do? - Yup, Nothing!

3 pointsWas great to see everyone, and to meet those of you I had not met before. Was a great day, other than lack of parking early on. Wind made it a bit chilly, and certainly a challenge to hit those clays...what with random direction/height changes, and damn were they flying far. Quite sure we recovered at least 3 or 4 boxes of unbroken clays at the end. Events like this are what make this place more than just a forum - getting to meet and talk to everyone makes it feel more like a community, and I can honestly say the people I have met are some of the nicest and most generous people I know. Offers to try a shotgun come from all sides if you so much as glance at one with the slightest of wistful looks. Thanks everyone, hope to see you all again soon. Pics may take a day or two, depending on how cooperative my workload is.

3 pointsoh, and who's kid was that; the one that was hitting EVERYTHING without even trying. you're on my list, kid. making us old people look bad like that.
-
3 points‘Some people say that there’s a woman to blame, but we know....it’s ALL @Scorpio64‘s fault’.

-
2 pointsIt went like this; ray text: I dunno it’s packed here... meh, it’s opening day, pushed back our departure. ray post : we may not be able to do this.. scorpio text: it’s a zoo we turn around...2 have jus made my list
-
2 pointsIn my defense, there were fudds EVERYWHERE when I pulled up. They and their dogs were walking the fields. There was no parking. I apologize for all those who turned around or who bailed under the assumption that it was cancelled. Now, on to the good news. Damn! We had close to 30 people show up.
-
2 pointsWell, if Ray Ray dosent pull the fire alarm next time, I have a shotty with a slightly bent barrel we can let the kid use.
-
2 pointsshoulda finished the drive. the mobile pumpkins had taken a bunch of the front parking spots, but there was practically no on on the firing line. i'd say about 10:30 or so we really got rocking and rolling, and the two throwers we had were pretty much chucking clays non stop until about noon-ish.
-
2 pointsSure, why not. I get blamed for everything anyway. As a Republican white male, I'm used to it.
-
2 pointsApparently it’s @Ray Ray fault also

2 pointsIf anyone here needs to store mags for whatever reason they are more than welcome to mail them to me. I'll keep them in the unopened box and send it back whenever the owner would like. Free of charge. For the record though if I was still in NJ I would not get rid of any of my mags.
-
2 pointsGun Sitters is the LAST place I would ever go to for my magazine storage! Most of us have friends or family who would gladly keep a box of mags in their homes in America. If not, rent a small storage space and it's none of their damn business what is in that sealed box! Pay the rent on time and you will ALWAYS have access to your mags regardless of ANY laws!

1 pointWhat did you do? Post a date.... @Ray Ray did a lot of false flag work today.
-
1 pointWow... I do all the work and Ray gets some credit.. lol..
-
1 pointNope .. Patrick offered to let them try it if they wanted but they declined. Kinda just checked it out and left. Seemed almost like the one had never seen one up close and personal... *shrug*
-
1 pointLet’s get serious... @Ray Ray should be tazed today.... and @Scorpio64should be his ground. jus sayen

1 pointGreat time. Wind did make it interesting. Nice to see everyone.
-
1 pointMaybe make it interactive, a ‘pay per buzz’, on the taser! I bet this would make MILLIONS!
-
1 pointTried posting this last night but was telling me the file was too large. Also, Chicken is in the brine.

1 pointoh he can come, just expect we're going to have to start shouting or dancing or something while he's shooting.
-
1 pointNeed to plan another one soon then. Don't want those pumpkins and gourds to go to waste!
-
1 pointI had to adjust the angle on my thrower, as it was tossing them so high the wind was carrying them past the field boundaries. The hang times were impressive too.
-
1 pointthe parking lot was crowded, but the clay range was more than 50% empty. the wind was insane though.

1 pointI almost bought one myself (I still might, I have a second permit) but I wanted a different model. Factory Beretta OEM magazines are all cut for the bottom magazine release, so stick with them. They are shooters and there are tons of them out there. Buy one and be happy. @mustang69, pics!

1 pointRosey will be there to take it He is, and a ez up. Idk if I have any tarps but others may.

1 pointI picked one up about 6 months ago from SouthernOhioGuns with a little help from my FFL. It's in nice shape and came with a second mag. Be aware the mag release is on the grip heel so not all later mags may fit. I shot it once at the range, it felt just like an old stock Beretta but with lousy sights. For the money it's a decent buy IMO. A bit of honest wear on the slide and frame but functions 100%. I grabbed it without really researching the model, with the intention of mounting a RDS on it with a dovetail mounting plate. Come to find out the early model have a different dovetail that won't work for what I wanted. For the money it's not worth selling but I probably won't shoot it either. I'd consider selling it but I'm in NH and it's probably not worth the shipping cost and transfer fee to get it to you.

1 pointLiberal Jedi mind tricks. Change the conversation from the fact he used an illegal mag (and therefore mag bans don’t really work) to he illegally modified a legal gun (therefore so scary, we should just ban guns). Unfortunately, many dummies reading the NY Post will arrive at that “logical” conclusion.

1 point"I am disinclined to acquiesce to your request." Means NO.
-
1 pointI loathe Democrats: "You need a photo ID to purchase ammo". How about for voting? "That's racist!" They want background checks for everything gun related. Getting into the country? Nah, let anyone in. Notice they don't support "undocumented" gun owners?
-
1 pointI wouldn't call a few hours a layover. Your bags will be loaded onto the next plane. Are you switching airlines? Are you taking possession of the bag? Probably not. Besides, its Texas. No worries. Sent from an undisclosed location via Tapatalk

1 pointIn marlton. Not a member of a range at this time. Leaning towards Telco. Good deal for me, wife and 2 kids. Will usually head to Stafford with the shotgun's and rimfires. Ready aim fire in Bristol with the handguns. Nick
