If it's PRNJ legal. I bought handguns in PA. They must be shipped to a Jersey FFL for the transfer is all.
PK90 3,570 Posted January 13, 2018 Still no, assuming you mean walk away with it. One may only purchase LONG GUNS from an out of state dealer.

High Exposure 5,664 Posted January 15, 2018 (edited) That’s not the new non-SBR SBR. The XO-26 is an existing product that they have been making for years. Not their new hotness. Edited January 15, 2018 by High Exposure Clarification

High Exposure 5,664 Posted January 15, 2018 The gun in that link - the XO-26 - is not the new NFA Firearm they are teasing. The XO-26 series in that link has been on the market for years.

High Exposure 5,664 Posted January 17, 2018 Very interesting... I am am also hearing that a lot of folks are guessing that it's due to the definitions. That a length over 26" negates the SBR definition, and a barrel under 16" doesn't fit rifle - but I am not sold on that. In some ways it makes sense, if you think of guns like the keltec cmr- length under 26" but barrel over 16"- it might fit in a similar framework.
