NJ.com Poll on Mag Limits -Vote!

Recommended Posts

Very poorly worded poll. "Hi-Capacity" magazines are already banned in this state. Votes, 35 yes, 217 No. On a side note I copied this from the article

"New Jersey's already restrictive gun laws include an assault-weapon ban, a waiting period for gun purchases and a one-gun-a-month law."

I guess this is the new "delay".

Assembly Democratic Majority Leader Lou Greenwald said he'll do everything he can to hold up the bills until there is a provision banning high-capacity magazines.

This threat is, somehow, a bad thing?

My thought, exactly. This might be the nicest thing Greenwald ever does for us!

Even though I suspect many of the 596 reflect a good NJGF turnout, I am heartened to see just 51 votes on the "No" side given the web site.
